Meet the Graham Team

Graham Team Real Estate is a Killeen brokerage serving Bell and Coryell Counties. Between them, Des and Genevieve Graham have helped more than 2,000 families buy and sell homes in Central Texas.

Des has been a licensed Texas broker since 2011, and he and Gen opened the Graham Team together in 2018. He also spent nearly seven years as an executive at one of Central Texas's largest homebuilders, finishing as Chief Operating Officer, where he ran pricing, sales and construction for a company closing more than 400 homes a year. That is an unusual background for a real estate team to have, and it shows up in the practical places: how we price a listing, what we know about new construction, and which builder incentives are actually worth taking.

What that means for you

We price honestly. In a slower market the thing that costs sellers the most money is starting too high and chasing the market down. We will tell you what your home is worth, not what you want to hear, and we will show you the comparable sales behind the number.

We know the military move. A large share of our clients are families on orders to or from Fort Hood, often buying or selling a home from several states away on a timeline they did not choose. We have done this hundreds of times and we build around that reality.

We know new construction. We represent builders and we sell their homes, so we can tell you what a builder will negotiate, what an incentive is really worth, and where a plan or a lot has a problem you would not spot on a walkthrough.
