Desmond R. Graham, Broker

Desmond Graham is the broker and co-founder of Graham Team Real Estate in Killeen. He has been a licensed Texas broker since 2011, and he and his wife, Genevieve, opened the Graham Team together in 2018. Between them, they have helped more than 2,000 families buy and sell homes in Bell and Coryell Counties.

Des grew up in a military family. His father is a retired veteran, so Des knows firsthand what it is like to relocate time and again before the family settled in Copperas Cove in 1992. That is a big part of why so many of the team's clients are families on orders to or from Fort Hood, and why he builds every transaction around their timeline.

Before focusing full time on the Graham Team, Des spent nearly seven years as an executive at one of Central Texas's largest homebuilders, finishing as Chief Operating Officer. He ran pricing, sales and construction for a company closing more than 400 homes a year, which gives his clients an unusual advantage on pricing and new construction.

Des is the author of Expired: Formula to Sell Any Home and 27 Mistakes First Time Home Buyers Make and How to Avoid Them, and he is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
